These Terms of Service govern your use of iCan Dream Center's website and the services we offer through it. Please read them carefully — by using our site, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and iCan Dream Center ("iCan Dream Center," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply to your access to and use of our websites, including icandreamcenter.com and go.icandreamcenter.com, and the forms, chat widget, communications, and other features available through them (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
About iCan Dream Center
iCan Dream Center is a non-profit organization that connects youth to holistic, innovative special education services across southern Cook and Will counties in Illinois. Our Services provide information about our programs, allow you to contact us, support referrals and enrollment inquiries, and enable you to make donations and receive communications you request.
Eligibility & Use of the Site
The Services are intended for use by adults — parents, guardians, educators, partners, donors, and other authorized individuals. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current when you interact with us.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
If you opt in to receive text messages from iCan Dream Center — for example, through the chat widget on our website — the following terms apply to that messaging program, in addition to the SMS disclosures in our Privacy Policy.
Consent is not a condition of any service. You are never required to agree to receive text messages in order to receive support, enroll, or submit a form.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your inquiry, program participation, appointment reminders, and, where applicable, informational or promotional updates. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.
Acceptable Use
When using the Services, you agree that you will not:
- Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
- Submit false, misleading, or another person's information without authorization;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Services or related infrastructure;
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any individual through the Services; or
- Use the Services to infringe the rights of iCan Dream Center or any third party.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for any conduct that violates these Terms.
Your Submissions
When you submit information, messages, or other content through the Services, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate. You grant iCan Dream Center permission to use that content as needed to respond to you, provide the Services, and operate our programs, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit sensitive information that you do not wish to share with us.

The Services, including text, graphics, logos, the iCan Dream Center name, program names, and other content, are owned by or licensed to iCan Dream Center and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Services for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
Donations
Donations made through the Services support iCan Dream Center's mission and programs. Unless otherwise stated, donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Any tax-deductibility of a donation depends on your individual circumstances; please consult your tax advisor. We will provide acknowledgment of donations as required by applicable law.
Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to websites or resources operated by others. We provide these links for convenience and do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party sites, their content, or their practices. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their terms and policies.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on the site is complete or current. Information on the Services is provided for general informational purposes and is not professional, medical, legal, or educational advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iCan Dream Center and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Illinois.
